Thank you for your interest in Salt, GRC Solutions’ web based online legal compliance training application.
The evaluator will be permissioned with evaluation access to the Salt program developed for demonstration purposes and this access will expire in 14 days from selecting the I Accept button on the following page.
For evaluation purposes you have User access which means that you have access to some (but not all) of the reporting and administration functions of Salt. From the Salt Links page you can print out summary information about each of the reporting options. Please contact us if you require further information or a demonstration of those functions you do not have access to.
Please note that Salt evaluation access is subject to the Salt Evaluation Terms of Use set out on the following page.

Login Information
The steps for accessing Salt are as follows:
- Open a web browser and go to https://demo.saltcompliance.com. This will take you to the Salt Login Page. Please note there is no WWW in the web address.
- You will be separately sent an automated Welcome email from Salt containing your login details. You will enter a username and password to access the Salt application. (Passwords are case sensitive)
- This will take you to the Welcome message; click the X to close and display the Dashboard homepage. Click on My Training, then select a Course Action to begin your session. You can access Help under your profile name top right for further instructions.
Salt SOFTWARE
Governance Risk & Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd agrees to supply the Evaluator, with its Salt web-based training tool (the “Salt Software”) for evaluation purposes.
USE OF THE SOFTWARE
The Evaluator agrees to use the supplied Salt Software for evaluation purposes only, and will not use the software for commercial purposes.
EVALUATION PERIOD
The evaluation period will last for 14 days from the moment you select the I Accept button below. At the end of this period, the Evaluator agrees to discontinue use of the Salt Software.
EVALUATOR’S UNDERTAKINGS
Except to the extent required by law, the Evaluator undertakes to not:
- copy or reproduce any of the software detailed as forming part of the Salt Software, other than as necessary to use it for evaluation purposes;
- translate, adapt, vary or modify any of the software detailed as forming part of the Salt Software;
- disassemble, de-compile or reverse engineer any of the software detailed as forming part of the Salt Software, or create any derivative works based upon the Salt Software; or
- sublicense, distribute or enter into any time share arrangement in relation to any of the software detailed as forming part of the Salt Software.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Governance Risk & Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd and the evaluator shall maintain strict secrecy concerning, and shall not disclose (except to the extent reasonably necessary for the purposes of evaluation) to any third party, any confidential information of the other party including, but not limited to:
- the nature of the Salt Software;
- the methods of business of the other party;
- any manuals or other materials which may be issued by the other party;
- the other party’s trade secrets and advertising and publicity material; and
- any other confidential information obtained pursuant to this agreement,
other than information which is publicly known at the time of disclosure, or which the other party can show by documentary evidence was either known by it at the time of disclosure or disclosed to it by a third party having a right to so do.
Each party shall take all steps necessary to ensure that its nominees, employees and/or agents also observe such requirements to secrecy.
All Salt Evaluation requests will be actioned during Sydney, Australia Business Hours.
