Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)

“What are the red flags in your organisation?”

Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) is the third course in Protecht’s risk suite, exploring how to capture, interpret and report on warning signs of risks in the workplace.

Chapter 1 defines KRIs and examines their objectives and various types.

Chapter 2 explores how to assign KRIs, set frequency, determine thresholds and link KRIs to risks and controls.

Chapter 3 examines the processes for collecting, scoring and aggregating KRIs.

Chapter 4 addresses the process for reporting on KRIs, notifying and escalating issues to the appropriate parts of the organisation and how to use reports to take follow-up action.

Who is this training for?

This course applies to all organisations looking to manage risks in their business by identifying the “red flags” of risk and taking action.
