Risk management courses developed by Protecht.
Introduction to Risk Management
This course introduces the concept and nature of risk as it relates to a range of organisations using a variety of concepts to aid topic understanding.
Key Risk Indicators (KRI’s)
Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) is the third course in Protecht’s risk suite, exploring how to capture, interpret and report on warning signs of risks in the workplace.
Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) is the second course in Protecht’s risk suite, focusing on the role that assessment plays in the overall risk management process.
This course explores what an incident is and how to address it, from building an incident management register, to collecting and interpreting data within it. Depending on what kind of incident has taken place, different types of registers can be used to record the event. This information can then form the basis for making a targeted response, in which incident-related issues are escalated to the relevant people at the appropriate time.
Compliance and Control Attestation
Every organisation faces a range of internal and external compliance risks. This final course in the Protecht suite of risk management courses considers how to identify the risk of compliance breaches and apply appropriate controls, from reporting to workflow escalation.
