Why Salt Compliance?
Salt Hub has been designed for those organisations with an existing Learning Management System (LMS). Salt Hub connects to your LMS providing your organisation with access to a library of compliance, risk and ethics eLearning courses. Salt Compliance courses are SCORM compliant so will work with SCORM compatible Learning Management Systems.
These can be either off-the-shelf or custom courses developed specifically for your organisation. GRC Solutions manages all the legal and editorial updates behind the scenes without you having to re-upload the courses.
All Salt Compliance courses are designed to be modular. This allows us to allocate specific training based on the job role and risk profile of groups and individual staff in your organisation and is part of our philosophy of speed-to-competence. Staff should only be asked to complete training that is relevant to their role and impacts on compliance outcomes for the organisation.
